After an initial consultation, we’ll tailor a 1-1 package to suit your needs, with accountability check-ins along the way as needed to reach your health and body goals. Packages range from 1 to 3 months and are built to suit you.

Personalized 1-1 Pilates coaching (online or in person)
Elevate your Pilates journey with personalized 1-1 sessions, offering a bespoke experience tailored to your goals. Matwork-based and utilizing both bodyweight and equipment, these sessions focus on improving posture, increasing mobility, correcting movement patterns, and strengthening and toning.
Sessions run for 45 minutes and are available in packages starting from 4-week blocks. This duration ensures consistent practice, allowing you to experience meaningful improvements. 1-1 packages are entirely bespoke, carefully crafted to suit your individual needs. SENR registered Elite Sports Nutritionist
I have over 5 years experience working in elite sport including Premier League Football and England Cricket, helping to enhance their wellbeing, improve nutrition habits, achieve body composition goals and improve their performance.
Pirts Practitioner
I am also experienced in giving 90 minute 1-1 Pirts rituals (conducted in a sauna). These rituals serve as a powerful means to reconnect individuals with nature, providing them with a unique opportunity to unwind, center themselves, and tap into their body and senses fully.
MSc Sports Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University
As the foundation of my nutrition work, I am equipped with advanced knowledge and practical skills in sports nutrition attained through completing a Masters Degree at Oxford Brookes University.
BSc Medical Neuroscience from University of Sussex
To support my work, my knowledge is also grounded in a comprehensive understanding of neuroscience principles and their application in medical contexts, obtained through dedicated study at the University of Sussex.
My story
I have always been interested in health and the human body and my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience deepened my understanding of how nutrition profoundly impacts how our brain and body functions. This initial insight laid the groundwork for my journey into the field of nutrition, with a particular focus on sports nutrition as I was keen to explore working with elite athletes.
After completing my studies, I found myself immersed in the world of elite sports, working with top-tier athletes in Premier League Football and International Cricket. While these experiences were invaluable and enriching, I soon realized that the high-pressure environment of elite sports didn’t align with my soul’s calling or my values.
As the demands of my career escalated, I began to feel the toll on my mental resilience and physical well-being. Chronic back pain and various unexplained symptoms was my body’s way of signaling distress. It was a wake-up call for me to make a change before I made irreversible damage to my body.
Taking a courageous step, I decided to leave elite sport and take some time to prioritize my own well-being. This led me to explore holistic healing practices and dive deeper into mindfulness, emotional expression, and Pilates as a means of managing my chronic pain and stress. I also reconnected with nature and I rediscovered its profound ability to calm the mind and provide solace amidst life’s chaos.
Over time, I experienced a remarkable transformation. As I learned to reconnect with my body, listen to its signals, and nurture it with holistic practices, my pain subsided, and my stress levels decreased. It was a profound realization that true well-being is rooted in the integration of mind and body. From this transformative journey emerged my passion to share the principles of holistic well-being with others. I believe that when we provide our bodies with the right nutrients, cultivate a positive mindset, engage in healthy movement, and align our mind and body, we create an optimal environment for healing and growth.
Thus, PilaNutri is born—a manifestation of my commitment to empowering individuals to embark on their own journey towards holistic health and well-being. Through this platform, I aspire to offer guidance, support, and the tools necessary for individuals to nourish their bodies and thrive in every aspect of their lives.
